In order to make it easier for you and your child, we operate an online payments system that can be used to pay for meals, drinks, music tuition and school trips.
Tucasi SCOPAY allows you to place funds into your child’s account using a credit or debit card. The system means that you can monitor how much your child is spending and what they are spending their money on. On your request, we can also set limits on how much a child can spend from their account. The default is £7 per day.
Pupils use their fingerprint or PIN number to purchase items. The canteen downloads the fingerprints of the pupils on their first day in Year 7. If your child is off that day or they join the school later in the year, their Tutor will need to arrange for them to go to the canteen and have this setup. If you have asked to opt-out of your child using their fingerprint, they will be issued a PIN.
